Study & Exam Planner — ADHD Edition
The same spaced-repetition engine, opening on a tab that shows three sessions and nothing else.
Courses, exam dates and topics go in; four passes per topic — 21, 7, 3 and 1 day out — come back, dated and sized by difficulty. The difference is what you meet when you open the file. Today lists the next three sessions due, a done-list beside them, and a brain-dump area for everything that is not one of the three.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Start Here — how the file works and which cells are yours
Today — three sessions, never more, with a done-list and somewhere to put stray thoughts
Courses — name, exam date, credits, days away, topic count
Syllabus — topics per course, difficulty, minutes per session
Revision Schedule — the full plan, dated, with pass, length, status and a Done column
Countdown — sessions left, minutes left and hours per week needed, per course
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
A full syllabus on screen is not information, it is a reason to close the file. Today shows three, ranked by what is actually due, and the rest stays a tab away rather than being deleted or hidden. Finished sessions move to a done-list instead of vanishing, because work disappearing the moment it is complete is demoralising and most planners do exactly that. And the brain-dump has a home on the same tab, so the thing you just remembered gets out of your head without derailing the schedule.
