90-Day Goal Tracker
Five goals, thirteen weeks, and an honest projection of where each lands at the pace you have actually kept.
Give each goal a baseline, a target and a direction, then two or three weekly behaviours that move it. Fill one row a week. Trajectory reads it back: pace per week logged, projected week-13 figure, the gap remaining, and the weekly rate that would close it — a number that rises every week you defer, which is the point of showing it.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Start Here — how the file works and which cells are yours
Goals — up to five, with baseline, target, unit and direction of travel
Leading Indicators — the weekly behaviours behind each goal, with a target for each
Weekly Check-in — one row a week, lagging numbers on the left, leading on the right
Trajectory — pace, projection, gap, required rate and a verdict per goal
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
Two things most trackers get wrong. Pace is measured per week logged rather than per week elapsed, so a row you have not filled in yet does not read as a week of no progress and quietly destroy the projection. And direction is a field: a goal set to Decrease is on track when the number falls, so the file does not congratulate you for a rising 5k time. Separating the behaviours from the outcomes is the rest of it — by week six the leading columns tell you whether a stalled goal is a strategy problem or an attendance problem.
