Habit Tracker — Dark Mode
The Habit Tracker, built dark. Same arithmetic, same tabs, a palette made for a screen you are looking at after sunset.
Set a start date, list up to fifteen habits, and the twelve-month grid generates itself from that date. There is no year printed anywhere in the file, so it never expires and never needs replacing in January. Mark an x on the days you did the thing. Blank means you did not.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Dashboard - completion, the longest run, and every habit's rate
Start Here - how the file works and which cells are yours
Habits - your start date and up to fifteen habits
12-Month Grid - one row per day, where you mark the x
Streaks - current run, longest run and completion per habit
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
Three decisions about the arithmetic, and they are the whole product. Current streak counts back from your most recent mark rather than from today, so the number does not read zero every morning before you have ticked anything. Completion is measured against days elapsed since your start date rather than against the full year, so on day three you are not three tenths of one per cent complete. And a blank day resets the run, because carrying a streak through unmarked days flatters the number, and a tracker that flatters you is decoration.
