This is a one-of-a-kind Polaroid transfer, created directly from the original instant photograph—no digital file, no reproduction, no second print. The black-and-white Polaroid was carefully separated and transferred by hand onto Hahnemühle 300 g/m² aquarelle paper, measuring 12 × 17 cm. The process leaves subtle ruptures, soft edges, and tactile traces that can never be repeated.

The image captures Emotisa and Biatrize in an elevator—an in-between space charged with tension and closeness. What remains is presence: bodies held in motion, a moment suspended, rendered with the fragility and honesty only instant material allows.

Each transfer is embossed and signed, carrying the marks of the process and the time it was made. This piece is straight out of the camera, created as a physical original from the start—there is no digital master and no edition.
