Find Your Happy
is a workbook containing twenty-one 10 minute journalling prompts. This workbook has been created to help you find more happiness in your everyday life.
The workbook is split into 3 sections:
- We start by thinking about life up until this point and taking a snapshot of life right now.
- Next up we will imagine our ideal life. This is fun as it involves lots of daydreaming!
- And then for the final section we will focus on tips and tools to help move us from our current life to our ideal life.
Each prompt can be completed in 10 minutes. There are also some extra suggested activities should you want the opportunity to explore further.
