Womens circle skirt on a drop waist basque with elastic waistband. This simple skirt design is an elegant and comfortable staple for the wardrobe. In addition to the simple skirt detailed instructions are given for 6 embellishment techniques to create multiple different looks. Techniques outlined are applique, elastications, dangling tapes and a "bubble" effect.

This is a pdf pattern that can be printed at home on 35 tiles or at a copy shop on 2 large sheets. The 5 sizes are nested.

18 pages of instructions with text and diagrams, measurements are given in metric and imperial. All seam allowances are 1cm(3/8") and included in the pattern
