Therapeutic Fasting Options

During your stay at one of our wellness retreats, you can undertake water fasting, fresh juice fasting, or coconut water fasting under the daily supervision of an experienced Holistic Doctor. This service is designed for individuals who wish to support the body's natural cleansing, regeneration, and healing processes while fasting under professional supervision.

Before Your Arrival

Your fasting begins one week before your arrival. After booking, you will receive a one-week cleansing diet designed to prepare your body for the fasting process. Upon arrival, your Holistic Doctor will assess your health, discuss your goals and previous fasting experience, record your weight and body measurements, and determine the most appropriate fasting approach for your individual needs.

Supervision Options

Two supervision options are available.

You may choose Daily Online Supervision, allowing you to complete your fasting independently at your hotel while receiving daily video consultations and direct access to your Holistic Doctor whenever needed.

Alternatively, you may choose Daily In-Person Supervision, where your Holistic Doctor will meet with you personally each day to monitor your progress, assess your wellbeing, and answer any questions throughout your fasting experience.

After Your Fast

Before returning home, you will receive a personalized post-fasting nutrition plan with detailed instructions on how to safely reintroduce food after your fast. Your plan is designed to help your body transition gradually from fasting back to normal nutrition while supporting the long-term benefits of therapeutic fasting.

Therapeutic Fasting Supervision is available exclusively to guests staying at one of our wellness retreats. Please reserve your wellness stay before booking this service. Once your accommodation has been confirmed, you may book your preferred supervision option.
