Ustroń is one of Poland's most renowned mountain spa destinations, famous for its thermal and mineral waters, fresh mountain air, and stunning natural scenery. It is home to one of the Holistic Health Centers and serves as the destination for the Wellness Retreats organized by Dr. Justyna Kwasniewicz.
