The 'starters package' is for 6 total hours of personalized input.
How long are the coaching slots?
Each slot can be from 30 minutes to an hour at a time, or even more if you prefer. During our online meeting, we can discuss your exact requirements.
If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
I'm sure you will love coaching with me, but, please get in contact by email: vivien@vivienscreativitylab.com.
I always do my best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds, though sessions that have already taken place are not reimbursable.
What is included in your Vivien's Coaching slots?
- Book your coaching hours within a month of purchase
- On purchase, we will set up a free introductory appointment for a 30-minute call via Calendly/ Zoom or similar to discuss your requirements and vision
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed your purchase, you will be sent to my online calendar to arrange a time for your free 30-minute appointment where you will give me your vision and ideas for your course.
Disclosure and Policy
It’s important to note that when you book a VIVIEN'S COACHING, you are booking me for a set number of hours. To begin with I suggest 6 total hours broken up into twice weekly meetings. For example: Monday-one hour, Tuesday-one hour for a total of 3 weeks. Then we can gauge where you're learning is at (we're all so different!) and decide whether you would like more meetings. Naturally we can discuss this in the free discovery call.
Results are largely dependent on how quickly you become efficient at doing the tasks that we decide on.
If for any reason you need to re-schedule, we can re-arrange the day(s) to suit your requirements - though only ONE re-schedule is possible.
Please note that all content/text/videos (for your webinar, video, workshop or course) will be prepared by you. Images and templates can be chosen together and provided by Vivien unless you have your own.
What will you need for the tasks?
I use various platforms. Some have a free account. Naturally, you can choose the format to deliver your lessons e.g. webinar, by email, PDF, creating slides, creating a presentation, live video, pre-recorded video, including in your membership etc.
This is merely for educational and informational purposes of what I usually do in my creative business. There are many other ways to do this.
