AAQ BTEC 2025 - Unit 1: Information Technology Systems: Learning Aim B-F

All of these resources have been newly made to meet the new and updated criteria of the 2025 AAQ Level 3 BTEC.

Inlcuded in this resource are 13 Teacher led PowerPoints each with learning objectives, 13 Do It Now Tasks and 13 plenary tasks. On top of all of that, there are 13 worksheets complete with answers at the bottom of the worksheet to ease teacher marking. Most worksheets consist of 4-5 activities. There is also a set of flash cards for each learning aim B, C, D, E & F.

Students investigate how different digital devices interact to form complete IT systems and consider the impact these technologies have in both personal and professional contexts. The unit builds understanding of how IT is used in everyday life, the benefits it offers, and the issues that arise from relying on interconnected systems.
