Empowering, Insightful, and Transformative — A Must-Read!. You’ll want your index cards nearby for flash cards!!

Break the Loop by Helena Manssuer is an extraordinary self-help book that delivers far more than just motivational words—it offers a clear, actionable roadmap to lasting personal growth. From the very first page, Manssuer’s compassionate yet firm voice empowers the reader to confront self-defeating patterns and reclaim their agency with intention and courage.

What sets this book apart is its balance of psychological insight, practical exercises, and real-world relatability. Manssuer’s writing is refreshingly honest, deeply empathetic, and laced with a kind of wisdom that feels both hard-won and generously shared. Each chapter builds with momentum, making you feel seen, supported, and most importantly—capable of real change.

Whether you’re stuck in emotional cycles, toxic habits, or limiting beliefs, Break the Loop doesn’t just explain why—we’ve all been there—it shows you how to move forward. It’s not just a book, it’s a tool for transformation.

Highly recommended for anyone ready to stop surviving and start thriving!

Helpful, respectful, compassionate

An excellent book by a clearly knowledgeable and compassionate professional.
Very nicely written and easily digestible with new info and points of view as well as new ways of reinforcing existing knowledge.

I especially enjoyed how spirituality was introduced and encouraged as an integral part of a healthy life, yet Helena stays respectfully neutral on what that looks like for the reader.

I counted 33 screenshots I took to refer to when my newly purchased notebook arrives and am excited to get some deeper work done.

In short- a really great and informative book that I’ll be keeping as a reference for many years. I’m certain anyone and everyone will benefit from reading.
