Grief changes us. It isn’t something we “get over,” nor is it a tidy process that follows a straight line. Grief is a living, breathing experience—a relationship with what we’ve lost and what we still carry. It shows up in waves: sometimes sharp, sometimes quiet, and sometimes wrapped in unexpected moments of joy or memory. Please do not overwhelm yourself, use this in bite-sized pieces.

This workbook is not here to fix your grief. It’s here to companion you through it—with gentleness, with courage, and with space for every messy, sacred part of this human journey. You may be grieving the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, a shattered dream, or a version of yourself that no longer exists. Whatever brought you here, your grief is valid. And your healing matters.

Over the next 30 days, you’ll be invited into daily practices that support your mind, body, and nervous system. After that, there are more articles and exercises that you might appreciate. Go at your own pace and don’t take on too much. There is time to grieve and no rush.

Each day includes:

  • A theme to anchor your focus
  • A somatic or nervous system practice to help you regulate and reconnect
  • A CBT or NLP reframe to gently shift your inner dialogue
  • A journal prompt that welcomes truth without pressure
  • A short affirmation to ground and soothe
  • An Ericksonian-style hypnosis suggestion to plant seeds of restoration
  • And a pep talk, written like a trusted voice in your corner—reminding you that you are not alone

You can move through these pages in order or choose what feels right each day. If you need to pause or repeat a day, that’s okay. Healing is not a race. This is not about doing grief “right.” It’s about honoring it fully. Take a breath. You are here. That in itself is brave. Let’s begin.
