The Voice That's Crying in the Street

What voice deserves our attention when so many influences compete for it? In The Voice That's Crying in the Street, Evangelist W.T. Elliott turns to Proverbs and the picture of wisdom calling openly to those who will listen.

Drawing on Solomon's request for understanding and the invitation to ask God for wisdom, he urges believers to honor Scripture and follow God's direction in everyday choices. Personal experiences connect that call to peer pressure, consistent Christian witness, and traditional Apostolic teaching on holiness and modesty.

The message also looks beyond the individual. Illustrations about preparing a way for the next generation and roots growing together emphasize responsibility, fellowship, and the strength of united prayer. Elliott closes with an appeal for renewed commitment and spiritual life in the church.
