Waist: 4= 21in 5= 21 1/2in 6= 22in.

Hip: 4= 24in 5= 25in 6= 26in.

Back neck to waist: 4= 9 1/2in 5= 10in 6= 10 1/2in

*Add 1in to measurements for size 7 and add 2in to measurements for size 8.*

Fabric :

4way stretch fabrics, jersey, spandex (Lycra). Stretch lace, ITY knit, jersey knit, rayon. Anything with a one or two way stretch, with at least 40-50% stretch in one direction, and good recovery (goes back to original shape after being stretched out).
