In this food-focused edition of NOW! Bali we begin by discussing the island’s local produce, with a particular focus on the agriculture industry. Speaking with industry leaders, we explore the developments and challenges faced by farmers and producers on the island, and explore the effects that tourism and the growing culinary industry has on local producers.

On top of local produce, Bali’s local cuisine should always be highlighted. Food is a reflection of the culture and provides a bespoke experience only found on this island.
