  • Get plenty of rest try for 7-9 hours...your body needs time to recover from the days events.
  • Manage your stress- delegate duties if overwhelmed, confide in a trusted friend. Make time for play and relaxation....participate in enjoyable activities.
  • Try to not smoke
  • Drink alcohol in moderation
  • Exercise - it doesn’t have to be a rigorous exercise regime...park at the back of the parking lot, walk the dog an extra block, play tag with the kids, try a few jumping jacks, or windmills with your arms, be a little bit more energetic when vacuuming or doing housework, take the stairs a few extra times in the day, anything to get the blood circulating....A few minutes a day makes a difference.
