What is included in this service?

You’ll receive a personalized calorie and macronutrient breakdown based on your intake form and food log. This includes daily targets for protein, carbs, and fats, your ideal protein goal based on body comp, and a Preferred Foods List PDF.


How do I get started?

Once you purchase, your first step is to complete the intake form and track your food for 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Submit that, and I’ll take it from there!


How long does it take to receive my macro breakdown?

Once I receive your completed form and food log, you’ll receive your custom macro breakdown within 1 business day.


Will these macros change over time?

Yes—your body adapts as you progress. This breakdown is a great starting point, but adjustments may be needed based on your results, goals, and training. If you'd like continued support, check out my monthly coaching options!


Do I need to use an app to track macros?

You don’t have to, but using a tracking app (like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer) makes it much easier to stay consistent and build awareness around your nutrition.


Can I ask questions or get follow-up support?

This is a one-time service, so it doesn’t include ongoing coaching or adjustments. If you’d like more support, accountability, or updates to your macros, I recommend upgrading to monthly nutrition coaching.
