Winter Trails Hat - a knitting pattern

The cold air swirls, causing the light and fluffy snow to dance along the trail. On either side the towering pines have branches heavy with snow while the hearty animals of the forest scurry about leaving nothing but their footprint along the trails.

Sizes: One Size (to fit average adult)

Finished Dimensions: Circumference – 19 inches/ 48 cm. Height – 8.5 inches/ 21.5 cm

Yarn: Hazel Knits Lively DK (90% Merino, 10% Nylon, 275 yards / 130 grams)

Yardage: 140yards/ 128 meters

Gauge: 20 sts and 28 rows in 4” in Stockinette on size 6 needles

Needles: US 6/4 mm circular and/or DPNs

Notions: Stitch marker for BOR, cable needle, darning needle for weaving in ends.
