A staged support plan for pupils whose distress builds up in a recognisable way. It sets out five stages, from settled to recovery, and for each one lists what the pupil tends to look like and what the adult should do.

You get the blank profile, a version with prompts, a pupil interview sheet so their view is in the plan, a review page, and guidance on writing actions that any adult can follow, including cover staff.
