A simple 20-minute Aqua Yoga class. Good for seniors and those new to aqua yoga. Enjoy gentle poses that focus on embodiment, breath mobility, balance, and strength.

For this practice, you will need a fairly flat bottom pool, no deeper than shoulder depth, ideally, with a latter wall bar or pool edge you can hold on to.
