Seasalter Scarf
This is one of those times when the yarn immediately inspired the pattern. When I saw this one-of-a-kind (OOAK) colourway “Birthday Blurple”, dyed to celebrate my local yarn shop’s 10th anniversary, I immediately thought of seascapes and rippling waves. I cast on a variation of the Shetland Old Shale stitch pattern and before long a pattern reminding me of local beaches emerged.
The scarf is knitted in two sections and grafted in the middle to give you symmetrical ends. Choose a beautiful skein of 4ply that calls to you and enjoy.
