Frank Feydeau is the new Vice Coordinator of the United Nation International Romance Office, based in Italy. When it comes to love, he only has eyes for his wife Betty, who refuses to leave New Orleans and join him. To get posted there, Frank must win an important contract for Uniro. He has 5 weeks.
