Color in a square each time you save. Ten savings challenge trackers in one fillable, printable PDF: $1,000, $5,000 and $10,000 grids, a 52-week plan, a 26-paycheck plan for biweekly pay, and a 100-envelope grid.

Tap a square to tick it, or print it and color it in with a pen. The squares on every grid add up exactly to the total on the page, and each grid shows a "Per payday" box so it fits weekly, biweekly or monthly pay.

For personal budgeting and organization only. Not financial, tax, or investment advice.

What's inside

  • Start Here page: how to pick a challenge, and how to use the pages
  • The $1,000 Challenge (48 squares)
  • The $5,000 Challenge (80 squares, $10 to $100)

  • The 52-Week Challenge ($1 to $52, total $1,378) plus a reverse version that counts down
  • The 26-Paycheck Challenge for pay every two weeks (26 squares, $1,500 total, a payday date line for each, plus an optional 27th-payday square for calendars that have one)
  • The 100-Envelope Challenge ($1 to $100, total $5,050)
  • House / Down-Payment Fund: a goal-to-unit table and a worked example, so the grid scales to the goal you write in
  • Christmas 2027 Fund: January to November 2027 (44 squares) with a gift list
  • Emergency Fund Starter (40 squares adding up to $2,000, an example amount; use the Custom page for your own target)
  • Custom Goal: a blank grid where you write your own amounts
  • Progress dashboard for all your challenges, plus a notes page
  • Per payday box on the grid pages (weekly, every two weeks, monthly amounts)
  • Bonus: a simple spreadsheet tracker (.xlsx). Type any mark in Done and it adds up what you have saved
  • 15 pages, US Letter

How it works

  1. Download the PDF and pick a challenge from the Start Here page.
  2. Type your goal name and start date at the top of the page.
  3. Each time you save that amount, tick the square (or color it in). Paid every two weeks? Use the 26-Paycheck page or the Per payday box.

Compatibility

  • PDF, US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), readable on a phone, tablet, or computer. Prints at home on any printer; color is nice but not needed.
  • iPhone and Android: open the PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app, not the Files preview, to type and tick. Some browsers and preview apps do not save what you enter. You can also print it.
  • The .xlsx tracker uses basic formulas and is tested in Google Sheets (formula cells locked without a password).
  • The pages do not connect to any bank. You track what you move into your own savings account, jar, or savings bucket.
