One year ago, I weighed over 300 lbs.
I lacked discipline and confidence in myself.
When I first heard about "75 Hard" I literally laughed at the idea of completing it.
I knew I would fail.
That realization hit me hard.
If I wasn't mentally tough enough to even attempt something like that, I needed to figure out why.
I knew that if I didn't change then, I would keep heading down the same path.
So I created a system focused on building discipline one day at a time.
For six months, I followed this program—building positive habits,
eliminating the habits holding me back,
and focusing on strengthening my mind, body, and soul.
One year later, I had lost over 100 pounds and completed 75 Hard.
This program was the foundation that made it possible.

Because I want everyone to have access to it.
