For over a decade, I struggled with my weight.; trying diet after diet, stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset that always led to burnout and starting over again
At my heaviest, I reached 310 lbs.
Over time, I realized the problem wasn’t effort—it was the approach. Extreme rules and restrictive diets like plain chicken and rice weren't something I could sustain long-term. I needed a way of eating I could actually live with.
That shift changed everything.
By focusing on balance, structure, and real foods, I went from 288 lbs. to 188 lbs. in one year - and have been able to keep it off while continuing to improve my health and fitness.
The recipes and systems I share here are built directly from that experience. They are designed to be simple, sustainable, and realistic for everyday life - not extreme short term fixes.
My goal is to make this approach accessible to anyone who feels stuck in the same cycle I was in, and give you a way to stay consistent without feeling like you're starting over every week.
