ADHD Household Reset
Eighty household tasks across seven rooms, each with a frequency in weeks, including the ones nobody remembers: the coils behind the fridge, the lint slot in the dryer.
Skim the room lists once and change any frequency that does not fit your home. Type a date for anything you know you did recently and leave the rest blank, because not yet done just means due. Each week the Weekly Reset hands you five tasks, and when the week is over you type the dates for what you ticked.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Dashboard - the four numbers, this week's progress, and tasks by room
Start Here - how the file works and which cells are yours
Rooms - the master list, where the dates go
Weekly Reset - the five tasks for this week, and a tick box each
Restart - for after a week or a month away
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
Due is loose. A task becomes due when its frequency has passed and it stays due until you type a date. Nothing in this file is late, nothing turns red, and nothing counts the weeks you did not open it. Five is the whole week: the Reset shows the five tasks with the oldest date, never-done first, and nothing else, so if you do one of them the week counted. Coming back after a month is the same as any other week, because the five that have waited longest are simply the five that have waited longest.
