"Sitting With My Sadness" is a collection of 70 poems written when the author was heartbroken, frustrated or having feelings of depression. Written from 2007-2023, "Sitting With My Sadness" is the author's perception during heartbreak, pain, sadness, frustration and depression. What the author hopes the readers will take away from “Sitting With My Sadness”, is that there are more than one kinds of depression and that it’s also ok to talk about it with someone. And sometimes, love sucks.
