About Your Guide

I’ve been practicing meditation since my early twenties—not as a way to escape life, but to be fully in it. Over 20 years, I’ve explored and practiced various forms of meditation and breathwork—it has always been a lifeline for me, a way to return to steadiness when life felt overwhelming.


But I don’t teach meditation as something rigid, esoteric, or out of reach. Yes, I’ve studied different traditions, but what I’ve come to realize is this—breath is already yours. It’s innate, intuitive, life-giving.


We’re not here to renounce the world or strive for perfection. We’re here to choose breath—as a rhythm, as a return, as a way home to ourselves.


Through Breath Rituals, I’ll show you how to use breath to regulate your nervous system, create inner spaciousness, and reconnect with yourself—again and again. No fluff. No rigid rules. Just simple, powerful practices for a more grounded, awakened life.
