4” in Colorwork = 21 sts x 29 rows
10 cm in Colorwork = 20.5 sts x28.5 rows
After washing and blocking

Note that the chosen Superwash grows.
Your work while knitting will look smaller than finished size.
If you choose a non-superwash substitute, change needle size accordingly.
