A practice for discerning what to tend, and what to release



Every system, whether a workplace, a community, a family pattern, or a digital space, carries its own tone. Some hum with life. Others compress, corrode, or extract. And when we feel the dissonance, we face a choice: do we try to re-tune this, or do we let it compost?

The Four Resonance Tests offer a way to listen deeply and discern the difference. Over 30–40 minutes, you'll be guided through four layers of inquiry that move from the body to the collective.

This is not a diagnostic for blame, it is a compass for coherence, a way to stop propping up what is already dying, and to tend what still holds life. Each test invites embodied listening, moral clarity, and a return to ecological thinking: sensing the health of a system not by its productivity, but by its capacity to sustain life.

The practice closes with reflection prompts to help you name what expands you, what corrodes you, and where you can offer the dignity of release.

This is designed to be done slowly, with pen and paper. You may return to it again and again as you move through different systems in your life.
