I know firsthand what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, to struggle with core weakness, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the uncertainty of not knowing where to start.


After experiencing cervical cancer, multiple abdominal and gynecological surgeries, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence, I felt frustrated by the lack of clear, practical guidance for women facing these challenges.


With over 15 years of experience as a specialist personal trainer, I’ve made it my mission to educate, empower, and support women in rebuilding strength, confidence, and function, at every life stage.
