Spanish Speaking & Conversation Class –lower intermediate (A2)

Already know some Spanish but want to improve your speaking confidence?

Our weekly 30-minute Spanish conversation sessions are perfect for those who have some previous knowledge of Spanish and want more opportunities to practise speaking in a relaxed, friendly environment!

These sessions run straight after our regular Spanish courses so will have students who have been on the 6pm session, but you don't need to be enrolled on the main course to join!

Each week, we'll focus on practical conversations, everyday situations and using vocabulary and grammar in real-life contexts, helping you become more confident and fluent when speaking Spanish.

What to expect:

• 30 minutes of speaking practice each week
• Fun, interactive conversations with other learners
• Opportunities to put your existing Spanish knowledge into practice
• A relaxed, supportive environment to build confidence

Content:

·      Talking about past holidays and experiences.

·      Transport and travel.

·      Describing activities and giving opinions.

·      Discussing problems and unexpected events.

·      Spanish-speaking countries and Latin American culture.

·      Introduction to the preterite (past) tense.

·      Irregular verbs.

·      Expressing opinions in the past tense.

·      Switching tenses

Level:Lower intermediate (A2) – suitable for learners who already have a sound knowdlege of Spanish.
