6 Week Muscle is a gym based resistance training programme designed to add impressive muscle mass in all the right places. With 4 sessions a week split into two lower body and two upper body sessions, this programme is designed to be easily compatible with lifestyle commitments whilst still delivering impressive results. Session design utilises a combination of wave loading and supersets to hit all the mechanisms of muscle growth per session. Compound lifts are complemented with isolation exercises in a comprehensive way to add total body muscle and is suited for beginner and more advanced lifters alike.
