These 65 species of butterflies, including the incredible Monarch ( Danaus Plexippus) were each photographed by the author in the Texas Hill Country. Some flew up from Mexico, most may be found in your yard or field across the Eastern or Central United States.

This soft cover printed book includes listing and photos of the larval host plants; plant these and you will have these beautiful pollinators year after year.

Sorry I have been so long in telling you what a beautiful book!!!  The photography is

amazing, and I can't imagine the hours of research to get all of the proper nomenclature. 

My son is very much into the birds and butterflies of the hill country, and when I showed

him your book on Thanksgiving he had to take it home with him. I would like to have 

another book for him. I don't know what I did with your mailing address so please send
