03 Registers and inspections (12): weekly site safety inspection (35 items), scaffold (7-day and after alteration), excavation (every shift), plant pre-use with MEWP and telehandler tabs, lifting equipment and accessories (LOLER thorough examination), ladders, portable electrical equipment (HSG107 intervals), PPE issue, fire equipment, first aid and eyewash, temporary works, asbestos.
04 Induction and records (9): induction script and checklist, induction register, one-page site rules, accident / incident / near-miss report with RIDDOR 2013 reportable checklist and timescales, accident book register with monthly accident frequency rate, daily briefing record, visitor register, training and competence register with live card-expiry colour coding, drug and alcohol policy.
05 Emergency (3): emergency plan (fire, medical, services strike, collapse, rescue from height and confined space, spill, weather, security), one-page emergency contacts board, fire drill record.
Every document states that the site's own risk assessment and the Principal Contractor's rules take precedence.
