Who it's for

Coaches of 7v7 flag teams playing NFHS rules: high school varsity and JV (including girls flag football programs), first-year programs, youth 7v7 teams, and coaches moving up from 5v5. Your state can change things. Every play in the full kit is tagged for a 7-yard rush line, no QB run, no downfield screens and a pass-only zone.

How to use it at practice

• Print at 100% / "Actual size".

• Install 11 Slant-Flat: walk it (10 min), on air (8 min), vs a defender (10 min).

• Teach the QB the count-the-rushers and 2-second rules from the hot-rules page.

• Run the 90-minute plan as written. You need 3-flag belts, 16 cones, 6+ size-6 footballs and pinnies.

Want all 24 plays?

Slant-Flat is play 11 of 24. The 90-minute plan you just printed is Practice 1 of 6. The 7v7 Flag Football Playbook: Offense Coach Kit ($16) has 24 one-page plays across 7 formations, state-change tags on every play, a Rules Dial, wristband cards and a QB menu, a coach call sheet, an install order with tryout week and 6 practice plans (75-90 min), a QB read + run sheet and teaching sheets: 6 PDFs, 54 pages. https://payhip.com/b/9Ywci

FAQ

• Can you block in 7 on 7 flag football? Under NFHS rules, screens are legal but blocks are not, and contact on a screen is a 10-yard foul. Leagues differ, so check yours.

• How does 7v7 flag football work? 7 eligible players, one forward pass, no rush line, and 4 downs to reach the next zone line every 20 yards. Page 2 has the whole game in 60 seconds.

• Can the QB run in 7v7 flag football? NFHS doesn't restrict it; some states do. That's why every play in the full kit has a "no QB run" tag.

• What are the positions? The diagrams use X, H, C, Y, Z, QB and R, and all 7 players are eligible.

More than plays. Everything you need to run the team.
