Ein flottes italienisches Volksstück. Die Cellostimme ist so geschrieben, dass sie auch von einer Viola gespielt werden kann. Hat man einen Gitarristen oder Cembalisten (oder einen anderen Spieler eines Akkordinstrumentes) dabei, kann man das Stück zu einem Trio erweitern (und bereichern). Dafür sind in der Partitur und in der Cellostimme die Akkordsymbole notiert.

A lively Italian folk piece. The cello part is written in such a way that it can also be played by a viola. If you have a guitarist or harpsichordist (or another player of a chordal instrument) with you, you can expand (and enrich) the piece into a trio. The chord symbols for this are notated in the score and in the cello part.
