Imi's Workout Bible is a fitness Ebook with over 45 different workouts! It is designed to be your own little 'bible' of workouts which you can turn to when you need some workout inspiration or ideas, you aren't sure what to do or you just want something different and fun.

This ebook is 118 pages and has a wide variety of workouts to get you moving in fun ways with some workouts being body weight only, some with minimal equipment and some gym based workouts. The workouts offered have a variety of lengths, some are time based and some rep based, various difficulty levels and different focuses from aerobic (cardiorespiratory) fitness to strength work. Some workouts are great for a full body circuit and some are great to add to the end of your training session (like a quick 10 min finisher).

There are 9 different sections of different types of workouts which are listed in the contents. (HIIT, ABT, AMRAPS, Circuits, Pyramids, Ladders, Abs, Injured series and Bonus Cardio). Each workout has a page with the workout and pictures depicting it, the time and equipment required and a second page with detailed descriptions of each exercise if you are unsure exactly what to do. You can also find some fun tips and tricks throughout!
