Artist Receipt of Commission Completion

After an artist completes a Commission and the Patron picks up the piece(s), it is important to have the Patron sign that they received the work, have agreed to the work in the condition as sold and there was no damage, etc. 

Additional items can be added to this "Receipt of Comission Completion" as needed.
