You will recieve a 32 page pdf with a well structured 12 week training plan included. The plan will go through 3 different phases of 1-4 week blocks then onto the next phase of training for example, 5-9 weeks. This training plan will progress week by week and become more challenging. I wanted this guide to help people of all abilities and fitness levels, so I have designed/created the guide based on beginner to advanced levels. There are 3 sessions per week to follow as I recommend 2-3 sessions minimum per week to maximise glute growth if you really want the results.

BEFORE YOU START
All workouts in this guide are gym based, using mainly equipment that every gym would have like the basics- barbells, dumbbells and machines. However there is ALOT of bodyweight and banded work included that you could do ANYWHERE anytime.
