Moore Fitness Strength System
Moore Fitness Strength System – 28 Week Programme
The strength programme I used on my journey to becoming a European bronze medallist and two-time British national number one.
The Moore Fitness Strength System is built from the strength training I used during my competitive athletic career — including on the journey to winning a European bronze medal and achieving two British national number one titles.
During that time, I built my strength to:
240kg Squat
165kg Bench Press
260kg Deadlift
665kg Total
And importantly, I wasn’t training simply to become a powerlifter.
My strength work had to complement my sport. I needed to be strong, explosive, lean and athletic — and that’s exactly what this programme is designed around.
WHAT YOU GET
The Moore Fitness Strength System gives you 28 weeks of structured strength training, split across 7 progressive four-week cycles.

Simply enter your current lifting numbers and the spreadsheet calculates your training weights.
From there, you follow the programme through each four-week cycle as your training progressively develops.
BUILT FOR MORE THAN JUST BIG NUMBERS
This isn’t about getting strong at the expense of everything else.
It’s about building real strength while remaining powerful, lean and athletic.
It’s for anyone who wants to stop guessing what to do in the gym and start following a structured strength system with clear progression built into every training block.
Enter your numbers. Follow the system. Track your progress. Get stronger.
Who Is This Programme For?
The Moore Fitness Strength System is designed for people who want to get stronger, improve their performance and progressively increase their numbers in the gym.
It’s particularly suited to:
- Strength-focused gym users looking to improve their Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Overhead Press.
- Athletes who want to develop greater strength and improve their potential for power and explosive performance.
- Sprint and power-based athletes who need strength training to complement their sport.
- Anyone who wants to stop training randomly and follow a structured, progressive strength programme.
You don’t need to be an advanced lifter or already lift huge numbers. However, you should have some gym experience and be able to safely perform a barbell squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press, as well as confidently use standard gym equipment.
The aim is simple: build a stronger foundation, progressively increase your lifts and develop strength that can contribute to greater power and athletic performance.
