The self-proclaimed magnificent and great pirate captain Buggy the Clown explodes onto the display shelf in this custom LEGO brick-built figure, every inch of him as loud, chaotic and impossible to ignore as the man himself. Buggy's wild blue hair bursts outward from his orange hat, framing that unmistakable face with his massive red nose, and an expression that sits somewhere between furious and unhinged.
