Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with my Portuguese sessions. I'll do my best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds. After 15 days of starting a plan there will be no refunds on that month.

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to book a lesson on my calendar app, according to my availability.
Please book your session at least 48 hours in advance and no more than a month ahead.

For sure! You simply need to purchase a plan again and will be able to get access to another set of plan sessions.

If you can't attend a session you need to send an email informing me at least 24 hours before.
