Every team has a Team Strength Rating (TSR) derived from their Net Rating - the most reliable predictor of tournament performance. Look up both teams' base scores on the included matrix, roll a d20 each, apply the modifier, and the higher score advances. A full 64-team bracket takes around 90 minutes.
