INDY Ten Week Challenge
The INDY 10 Week Challenge came out of my own journey. I was trying to make sense of how to live well at this stage of life.
Like many people, I found myself caught between two very real questions.
What if life is shorter than I expect?
What if life is much longer than I planned for?
It’s easy to slip into survival mode when things feel uncertain. I’ve had moments where I thought, “I need to make the most of life now, just in case.” But almost in the same breath, I’d wonder, “What if I’ve still got 30 years ahead of me, and I drift through them without purpose?”
That tension between urgency and longevity is what led me to create the INDY 10 Week Challenge.
It’s not a course. It’s not therapy. It’s just a simple, supportive way to pause, reflect, and start moving in a direction that feels right. It helps you check in with what really matters, spot what might be holding you back, and explore small steps that could make a big difference.
