I’m Andrew Middleton, founder of INDY, short for I’m Not Done Yet.

I work with people who are in that in between space. Not starting out, not ready to stop, and quietly wondering what comes next. The bit no one really prepares you for.

After a career that’s taken me through corporates, charities, and working with some very interesting people along the way, I reached a point where the usual idea of retirement just didn’t fit. Too early to stop, too much still to give, and if I’m honest, still curious about what might be possible.

That’s where INDY came from.

INDY is about making sense of this stage of life. It’s about staying relevant, finding new ways to earn, contribute, and enjoy life without following someone else’s script. Some call it a portfolio life. I tend to call it having a go.

What I create here is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real experience. No fluff, no big promises. Just ideas, tools, and reflections that might help you think differently about what comes next.

Because the truth is simple.
