In 2011, I overcame a season of debilitating panic attacks and generalized anxiety disorder. When I started blushing and developed Erythrophobia (the fear of turning red) in 2017, I realized that the same principles I used to beat panic and daily anxiety, could be applied to beat erythrophobia.
