This is one of our foundational leader courses that set the tone for many of our other development courses. In this microcourse you will review basic functions or actions of great leaders and some of the principles that cause real leaders to stand out from just a title. You will hear from other women leaders as they share some experiences and advice on how to lead well with these principles.
Who is This Course For?
This course has been designed for anyone who is currently in or seeking a leadership role - from the first-time leader needing to understand what is expected from her to even a seasoned leader who may need a reminder as to why she is in her official role as leader. The information shared within this course will give insight to help you gauge your own style of leading and highlight areas you may want to include in your development plan. It is self-paced and provides space for you to share your thoughs, and even ask questions, about these basic aspects of great leaders.
