In this distance session, I will connect to your energy field and provide chakra healing, energy clearing, and support to release any blockages that may be causing imbalance or stagnation. You’ll be guided into a relaxed state where you can fully receive the healing, wherever you are.

After the session, we’ll connect to discuss any insights or sensations that came up during your healing. This is a space to reflect on what was experienced and to receive gentle guidance moving forward.

Before the healing, you will receive a detailed PDF outlining how to prepare for your healing — I will also follow up after the session including insights and any shifts I sensed in your energy, advice on how to stay aligned, and tips for integrating the healing into your life. This will give you clarity and actionable steps to continue your journey of healing and self-discovery.
