Vervain cardigan
First published in The Knitter magazine, Vervain is an ideal lightweight layering cardigan knitted in a lacy pattern using a 4ply yarn.
This cropped cardigan is knitted in one piece starting with the back hem, increasing for the sleeves and then divided for the fronts.

Eden Cottage Yarns Milburn 4ply 85% Bluefaced Leicester, 15% silk (approx 200m per 50g)
5 [5:6:6:6:6:7:7:7:8] 50g balls in Bramble
1 pair each 3mm and 2.75mm needles
2.75mm circular needle
Stitch holders
Three 10mm buttons
TENSION
25 sts and 32 rows to 10cm over pattern using 3mm needles after blocking.
